A <br />19,190 �2eclal Requirements f or PUDs in "B" Districts, <br />The following special requirements shall apply to PUDs in "B" <br />Districts: <br />(1) The tract shall not have less than two hundred (200) <br />i-feet of frontage on a public street, - <br />(2) The entire site other than that taken up by struc. <br />tures or landscaping, shall be surfaced. <br />19.200, Recreation Areas.
