HEAD APPROVALm! <br />'10 <br />Last year the Council, during its special assessment hearings, was requested by Richard W. <br />Steiner if we would accept hi's dedication of a portion of right-of-way near the southeast <br />corner of Snelling Avenue and County Road C-2. This was proposed because the State has <br />acquired most of his parcel for the Snelling frontage road and he had a small remnant left <br />which was being assessed for sidewalk. <br />At that time it was indicated that this was acceptable and the paperwork for such a dedic- <br />ation followed. It is now appropriate to receive this quit claim'deed and have it filed <br />at Ramsey County. <br />!�ecommnded Council Action: Motion approving the acceptance of part of <br />Lot 7, Block 2 of Rosette Subdivision, and <br />instructing the City Attorney to file the deed <br />at the Ramsey County Registrar of Deeds office.. <br />
