A large majority are not in <br />favor of banning the use of fertilizer, however, and a program of public <br />education on the use of fertilizers may be indicated. <br />Road and Storm Sewer Conditions - Opinion is generally favorable <br />indicating that the policy of upgrading services only on a petitio <br />basis is achieving reasonable results and should be continued.
