You have <br />asked me to review the memo and attachments and advise you as to whethe-r or <br />not I believe we can successfully prosecute those cases where sewer hookups <br />have not been made within the requisite time period. <br />In my opinion, assuming a sewer 'is available to each of those buildings, we may <br />successfully prosecute the cases. <br />I am also of the-opinion that it would be Inappropriate to make exceptions to thc: <br />hookup policy. If we do that in one case, we will have people who put the sewer <br />in without complaiat, under similar circumstances, complaining that they shoubei <br />be reimbursed f or their costs.
