13 <br />0 <br />I. <br />WHEREAS, the people of this community, county and state wis <br />to join with the entire nation in recognizing the <br />valor, bravery and dedication to duty of our law <br />enforcement officers; and <br />.? I <br />WHEREAS, the Congress of the United States has, by law, set <br />aside the week of May 10 to 16) 1981, to honor law <br />enforcement officers; and <br />WHEREAS, this city recognizes that our own law enforcement <br />Officers who, day after day, hour by hour, serve, <br />not only as law enforcement agents of this city tit <br />protect life and property, but are indeed Friend, <br />Neighbor and Guardian; and <br />WHEREAS, we deem it appropriate to set aside one week of the <br />year to show the appreciation of this city to its <br />law enforcement officers, I, June Demos, Mayor of thew <br />City of Roseville, do <br />HEREBY PROCLAIM the week of May 10 to May 16 j 1981 to be <br />I a 1793 <br />Dated this 11th day of May, 1981. <br />
