(Letter attached), Her term would have expired April 1. <br />1984* She was appointed to her first full three year term on April 1 1981 <br />Jean was first appointed to the Park GRmittee on April 1, 1979, to fill a <br />vacated position. I <br />The Council may wish to advertise the position in the City Newsletter and <br />newspapers, or use only the newspapers. <br />'If the Newsletter and newspapers are used, the last date for receiving appli. <br />cMtions could be set for July 24, This should provide at least 10 days after <br />the Newsletter is received in the homes, Allowing time for interviews, appoint. <br />ment could be made at the first meeting in August. <br />If newspapers only are used, the l&st date for receiving applications could be <br />set for June 19. This should provide for at least two articles or notices in <br />each of the newspapers.
