REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS. <br />Maintenance Agreement.for Opticom at <br />Lexington and 36 <br />The Council recently approved the installation of Opticom devices and traffic <br />signals located on Lexington Avenue off ramps of TH 368 A maintenance agreement <br />for the repair and operation of these opticom. devices have been prepared by the <br />state and ready for execution. 1.n essence, it establishes that any work done on <br />the opticom system by the state would be paid for by the City of Roseville, <br />Recommended Council Action: Motion approving a maintenance agreement <br />with Minn/DOT for opticom devices on <br />Lexington Avenue at the TH 36 off ramps <br />and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager <br />to sign said agreements'. <br />^ <br />
