LMBY <br />PARALEGAL I MC. PRA =0NER <br />Mr. Lahka has informed me that the Planning Commission has <br />scheduled a hearing to be held on August 5, 1981, to consider the <br />proposed rezoning. I will be unable to attend at that time, <br />therefore, I am taking the opportunity to write and to express <br />rL-Y clients' strong objection to any rezoning of this property, <br />My clients' property was purchased one year ago from Mr. <br />Glen Kloskin, the owner of the adjoining property which is subject <br />to the rezoning proposal. Mr. Kloskin at no time disclosed to <br />my clients his intention to seek rezonLng of the lot located at <br />2647. Had Mr. Kloskin made such a disclosure my clients certainly <br />would not have purchased the property located at 2657. <br />Mr. Kloskin may feel that his property will be more valuable <br />1:..f it is zoned so as to permit a double bungalow, however, my <br />clients' strongly feel, and I agree with them., that any increase <br />in the value of Mr. Kloskin's property will be offset by a decrease <br />in the value of my clients' property. <br />
