RE)4�WED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />Temporary Crushing Operation for Long Lake <br />2oad <br />The contractor would be not only crushing the Long Lake Road concrete, but would be <br />crushing other concrete as well because of the volumne needed for the Long Lake Rom, <br />base. It seems reasonable that condons be placed as to the completion of this <br />operation and the hours it would be allowed to operate, <br />!iecomended Council- Action: Motion approving a temporary permit to <br />N.D.H., Inc. for a concrete crushing <br />operation at 2417 Cleveland Avenue, in <br />conjunction with Project 79-21, with the <br />following conditions: <br />That the crushing operation be terminated and <br />the area restored by the time the improvement <br />.of Project 79-21 is completed, and in no event <br />later than September 30, 19820 <br />2. That the material generated by this crushing <br />operation be predominately utilized in the <br />Long Lake Road/Terminal project. <br />3. That the hours of operation be limited to <br />7:00 AMAo 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, <br />excluding holidays., <br />At the last Council <br />meeting bids were reported <br />for the reconstruction of Long Lake <br />Road and Terminal Road, Low bidder <br />was N.D.H., <br />Inc.
