The audit would be performed in accordance with the procedures <br />established by the State Auditor and the.American Institute of Certif.31-ed Public <br />Accountant.s. These procedures' arie comp.atible with the pronouncements of the <br />National Council on Governmental Accbuntiing. <br />The audit which we would perform wouId include'tests", rather than a detailed <br />examination, of all transactions ' and, therefore, it should not be considered <br />that irregularities, if any, will necessarily be disclosed. However, they may <br />be disclosed as the restrlt of one or more of our audit procedures, - I <br />As in previous years, we plan to do as much work before the year end as possible <br />so that we may present our report at an early date. <br />We estimate the cost of such an audit will not ' exceed a range of $12,000 to <br />$12,500.
