EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly heldM1 the City Hall on the eleventh day of April, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m" The following members were present: Mayor Rog Matson, Cushman, Johnson, and Kehr, and the following were absent: None. and Councilmembers CouncilmemberCushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONS NO. 8289 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1988 CONTRACT A INCLUDING PROJECTS P-87-08, P-88-03, ST-88-07, AND P-88-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 69 Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on March 31, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER AMOUNT T. A. Schifsky of North st. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $319,~60.58. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with T. A. Schifsky and Sons for $319,260.58 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.
