That adequate supervisory and security personnel <br />be provided to prevent vandalism and anti-socia7 <br />behavior, <br />3*, That operation hours cease at 11 -.00 p.m. weekdays, <br />4. That the grounds be kept clear of debris, con- <br />struction material, etc., and that all proceed <br />from the operation other than direct expenses, <br />shall be dedicated to a bona fide Minnesota <br />charity.
