<br />E-1 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Gene Hinz' request for minor GENE HINZ
<br />variance to side yard setback at 806 Millwood be continued until
<br />the December 14, 1981 Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Franke, Nays: None.
<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the City Manager be authorized TEAMSTERS LOCAL.
<br />to execute an agreement with Teamsters Local 320 providing for 320
<br />conditions of employment for 1981 and 1982, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-3 Kehr Moved., Johnson Seconded, that the City Manager be authorized TEAMSTERS LOCAL
<br />to execute an amended agreement with Teamsters Local 320 providing 320
<br />for a 1982 insurance contribution of $140 per month. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley,, Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: Noneb
<br />R-4 Kehr Mbved, Demos Seconded, that Res ' olution No. 7278, increasing RE-SOLUTION NO,
<br />the salary range for CleTical -Technical employees by 9%, and 7278
<br />providing for a monthly insurance contribution of $115 be adopted.

<br />of $2,400.00 as liquidated damages with Thomas & Sons;, Incorpor- INCORPORATED
<br />ated per City Attorney's letter of November 13, 1981, providing
<br />the contractor signed the endorsement to said letter,, Roll Call.,
