CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO., NN ORDINAACE AMENDING SECTIONS 66,3101 SUBSECTIONS 1 AND 41 ANN SECTION 66,42OF SUBSECTION 3 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING WATER RATES AND CHARGES, The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby o rdain . 1:4 Sections 66.310, Subsections 1 and 4, and Section 66.420, Subsection 3 of the City Code of the City of Roseville are amended to read as f ollows: 66. 310 Water Rates (1) The rate due and payable by each water user within the City for water taken from the water system commencing January 1. 19821 shall be 78 cents per 1,000 gallons, payable quarterly, provided, how- ever,, that the minimum amount due and payable by each water user for each quarter year period during which water service is furnished shall be as follows: Meter -Size. inch Quarterly Minimum Ch 5/8 inch $ 9690 1 inch 19,90 1 1/2 inch 39,70 2 inch 59,60 3 inch 119,10 4 'inch 178.70 6 inch 297,70 8 inch 595,40 10 inch 893,20 12 inch 11190,90 (2) Where a connection is made to an automat ic sprinkler system for standby service only on either municipal or private watermains, a charge for such service shall be made on an annual basis as follows: 2 inch pipe connection $10,04 3 inch pipe connection 15.00 4 inch pipe connection 20,00 6 inch pipe connection 30,00 8 inch pipe connection 40,00 10 inch pipe connection 50,00 12 inch pipe connection 60,00 These rates shall apply in all cases where automatic sprinklers are installed and where fire gates and other outlets are sealed. Meters or detector check valves must be installed on such services as required by the Utilities Superintendent. An additional charge for volume used based on Section 66.310 (1) shall be due and payablil by the user for usage over 1,000 gallons per year. I
