<br />B-1 Curley Mbved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7283 approving RESOLUTION NO,

<br />Carl Eng and Tommie Braddock's request for vacation of right-of- 7283
<br />way at the 1600 block of Laurie Road, with the condition that a
<br />30-foot easement be granted foT utilities be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />B-2 Franke Mbved., Curley Seconded, that 011 Mexico's request for OP NEXIC
<br />special use permit at 1754 Lexington Avenue be approved with
<br />the following condons: I
<br />1) that the size of the dance floor shall not exceed 150 sq. ft.,
<br />and
<br />2) that a 10 ft. easement for a pathway be granted on the west
<br />side of Lexington Avenue.,
