Attachment H <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 29909 2996 AND <br />OUTLOT A OF APPLEWOOD POINTS OF LANGTON LAKE FROM HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL -1 (HDR -1) TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDNETIAL -2 (HDR -2) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br />11 -08, the following property, located at 2990, 2996, and Outlot A of Applewood Pointe of <br />Langton Lake and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake Second Addition <br />is hereby rezoned from High Density Residential -1 (HDR -1) to High Density Residential -2 <br />(HDR -2). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br />Map shall take effect upon: <br />1. The passage of the final plat of Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake Second <br />Addition <br />2.
