Traffic Impact Study <br />Airgas, Roseville, MN <br />RLK Incorporated has reviewed the traffic impacts with the proposed Azas site along <br />Terminal Road in RosevilleY MN. The current average daily traffic along Terminal Road <br />is 35700 trips per day. <br />The following users play into the traffic impacts of the sitew. <br />Airgas service trucks <br />Bulk Delivery Truck!! <br />t5 vebicles per day (all non-peak) <br />,►i trucks per day (all non-peak) <br />*.8 trucks per day (3-4 per week — all no-nf, <br />peak) <br />22 vehicles per day (peak hour <br />arrival/departure) <br />In a worst case scenario,, the following daily trip generation is assumed for the site.- <br />Customer/Visitor trips 50 trips per day <br />Employee trips (affive, depart & lunch) 88 tn'ps peTday <br />Service call trips 12 trips peTday <br />V <br />9valk delivery tn'ps —2 tnps per da-,y <br />TOTAL 152 trips per day <br />Furtbennom, the following peak hour trip generation is assumed in a worst case scenano: <br />Customer trips (worst case) 25 trips per hour <br />Employee trips (arrive, depart & lunch) 22 trips per hour <br />Service call trips 0 trips per hour <br />Bulk delivery trips 0 trips per hour <br />TOTAL 47 trips per hour <br />T'he four-lane configuration of Ten-ninal Road has adequate capacity to serve the 3,700 <br />vehicles per day. The addition of 152 trips per day onto Tenninal Road, with the bulk of <br />those trips during non-peak times,, Willpose minimal additional impact to the overall <br />level of seMce for the facility. <br />Therefore, it is detenuined that, from a transportation perspective!, the proposed Airgas <br />cc,., 1 urious to the surround *ng neighborhood, Will not <br />development will not be 'nj I <br />neizatively impact traffic or property values, and i'll not otherwise hann the public healt <br />f-0 <br />safety, and general welfare." <br />
