EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on the twenty-fifth day of April, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Rog Matson, Cushman, Johnson, and Kehr, and the following were absent: None. and Councilmembers Councilmember Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8296 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1988 CONTRACT F INCLUDING PROJECTS P-85-20C and SW-85-20F Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on April 12, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER AMOUNT C. S. McCrossan Construction Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. Preferred Paving T. A. Schifsky and Sons Schafer Contracting Total Asphalt Ashbach Construction Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $279,714.25 281,520.30 288,281.60 294,295.50 299,169.80 309,282.55 314,812.95 348,584.60 WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan Construction of Maple Grove, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $279,714.25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C. S. McCrossan Construction for $279,714.25 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.
