EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnsota, on Monday, February 24, 1997, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9384 REVOKING PART OF MINNESOTA AVENUE AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Street due to a change in the proposed road design and traffice volumes; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville of the County of Ramsey that the road described as follows to wit: MINNESOTA AVENUE CONTROL SECTION 223 SEGMENTS 010 FROM TH 36 TO LOVELL AVENUE be, and hereby is revoked as Municipal State Aid street of said city, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his condsiederation and, that upon his approval, the revoking of said road is approved and ordered to be removed from the Municipal State Aid system. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
