<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 27th day of June, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8305 <br /> <br />IN APPRECIATION TO ED LETTERMANN ON HIS RETIREMENT <br />FROM THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during the fifteen years he has served the City of Roseville, <br />Ed Lettermann has significantly contributed to the quality of the work <br />environment, both through his specific duties and through his willing- <br />ness to share his many personal talents with his co-workers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ed has announced his plans to retire on June 30, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ed is to be commended for his many contributions through the <br />years; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to <br />Ed Lettermann for the manner in which he has carried out his duties as <br />a member of the City staff, and does also wish him a long, happy, and <br />fulfilling retirement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
