<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 11th day of July, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8307 <br /> <br />IN COMMENDATION OF CLIFF ROSSI UPON HIS RETIREMENT <br />FROM THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cliff Rossi has served the City of Roseville with integrity, <br />fairness, and devotion to duty during his twenty-two years as a member <br />of the Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his exemplary performance and dedication have had a valuable <br />impact on the effectiveness and morale of the Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cliff has decided to retire from the Police Department; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to <br />Cliff Rossi for his outstanding service, and does also wish him a <br />long, happy, and fulfilling retirement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the city <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said city council held on the 11th day <br />of July, 1988, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 13th day of July, 1988. <br /> <br />(2~'2-) \,1. ,,~ <br /> <br />/~James F.
