<br />550AA <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF Tflli <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />flliLD: July 11, 1988 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at City Hall in said City on <br />the 11th day of July, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of <br />approving the establishment of Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 10 and approving the Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />relating thereto. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, <br />Matson, Johnson, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the <br />following resolution, and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8308 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TAX INCRF~ <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 10 AND <br />APPROVING Tflli TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN <br />RELATING TflliRETO <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. It has been proposed that the City establish Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 10 within Development <br />District No. 1 and approve and adopt a Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan with respect thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, as <br />amended, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through <br />469.175, inclusive, as amended (the "Tax Increment Financing <br />Act" ) . <br />
