<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnsota, on Monday, February 24, 1997, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9385 <br /> <br />DESIGNATING LOVELL A VENUE AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter <br />described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws <br />of 1967, Chapter 162; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville of the County <br />of Ramsey that the road that the road described as follows to wit: <br /> <br />LOVELL AVENUE FROM MlNNESOT A AVENUE TO DALE STREET <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid street of said City, <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, <br />that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, <br />improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street ofthe City ofRoseville, to be numbered <br />and known as Municipal State Aid street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Masehka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
