EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnsota, on Monday, February 24, 1997, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9385 DESIGNATING LOVELL A VENUE AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville of the County of Ramsey that the road that the road described as follows to wit: LOVELL AVENUE FROM MlNNESOT A AVENUE TO DALE STREET be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street ofthe City ofRoseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Masehka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka and Wall and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
