EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 11, 1988 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8323 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. M-87-06 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. M-87-06 of the City of Roseville for the installation of a traffic signal at the West Snelling Frontage Road and County Road C.; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $73,489.47 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $7,348.96 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $80,838.43, and of this cost the City will pay $00.00 as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $80,838.43. 2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the city Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll.
