The City Manager is authorized and directed to take such actions as are necessary <br />to participate in the MPRS program. <br /> <br />3. Data provided by the City to the MPRS are to be administered in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, and the MPRS shall maintain data on individuals <br />in accordance with statutory provisions applicable to that data. <br /> <br />4.
