EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of JUly, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8347 PROPOSED USE OF FOUR TAX FORFEITED PARCELS FROM RAMSEY COUNTY WHEREAS, Ramsey County has notified the City of Roseville that the following parcels are tax forfeit; 1. August Giesmann's Sub., Lot 7, Block 1, (PIN 13-29-23-13-0015). 2. East 75 feet of West 300 feet of North 70 feet of South 1/2 of North 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of section 15, Township 29, Range 23 (PIN 15-29-23-14-0066). 3. Subject to Garden Avenue, the West 14 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of section 15, Township 29, Range 23 (PIN 15-29-23-41-0110). 4. Subject to Dale Street as platted over the East 30 feet and (except 66 foot water works right-of-way, now used as Dale Street) part of Ryan Heights, Easterly of Lots 1 through 8, Block 1 of said addition (PIN 14-29-23-41-0059). WHEREAS, Roseville has reviewed these parcels and finds that all are needed for public purposes, specifically Parcel No. 1 for storm drainage, Parcel No. 2 for park land, and Parcels No. 3 and 4 for roadway; and, WHEREAS, Ramsey County indicates the total appraised value for all parcels is $970.60; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville requests the property be designated for public use and that the City shall pay the County $970.60 for the four parcels. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
