<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the City Hall on the 25th day of July, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Rog and Councilmembers Kehr, <br />Cushman, Matson, and Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1988 assessment <br />roll for the following projects: <br /> <br />P-85-06, M-83-06, P-86-16, P-ST-86-24, SW-86-25, P-ST-86-26, <br />P-86-36, P-86-47, P-86-37, P-86-38, P-86-39, P-ST-86-35, P-ST-86-40, <br />P-86-41, P-86-23, P-86-20, P-ST-86-30, M-87-01 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as <br />directed by the Council on July 11, 1988 and reported that the <br />assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman then introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8350 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the <br />proposed 1988 assessment roll for the fOllowing projects: <br /> <br />P-85-06, M-83-06, P-86-16, P-ST-86-24, SW-86-25, P-ST-86-26, <br />P-86-36, P-86-47, P-86-37, P-86-38, P-86-39, P-ST-86-35, P-ST-86-40, <br />P-86-41, P-86-23, P-86-20, P-ST-86-30, M-87-01 <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the city <br />Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail <br />notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments <br />on August 17, 1988, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in <br />the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the <br />date, time, and place of the meeting, the general nature of said <br />improvements, the area proposed to be assessed, the total amount of the <br />proposed assessments, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Manager, that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered, and shall contain such other provisions as may <br />be required by law.
