<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVll..LE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the tenth day of March, 1997, at <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall and the following were absent: <br />Maschka and Goedeke. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9389 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 1997 CONTRACTS A and B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City Public Works Director <br />has prepared plans and specifications for the following Improvements and has presented such <br />plans and specifications to the Council for approval: <br /> <br />1997 CONTRACT A: <br /> <br />P-97~03 <br /> <br />1997 CONTRACT B: <br /> <br />M-96-10 <br />ST-96-16 <br />P-97~02 <br />P-97~02 <br />P-97-02 <br />P-97-06 <br />P-97-06 <br />M-97-07 <br /> <br />North and South McCarrons Blvds. and Roselawn Avenue <br /> <br />Highway 36 beautification <br />County Road C-2 storm sewer extension <br />Neighborhood 38 street reconstruction <br />Neighborhood 42 street reconstruction <br />Neighborhood 43 street reconstruction <br />Neighborhood 20 street rehabilitation <br />Neighborhood 21 street rehabilitation <br />Central Park grading <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Focus, the official newspaper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved <br />plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 1997 Contracts A and B shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specifY the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis <br />
