<br />Ruggles street from Lexington Avenue to Aglen street; <br /> <br />Aldine street from Lydia street to Millwood Avenue; <br /> <br />Maple Lane from Wheeler street to Aldine street; <br /> <br />Millwood Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Aldine street; <br /> <br />Stanbridge Avenue from Wheeler street to Aldine street; <br /> <br />Wheeler Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Maple Lane; <br /> <br />Shorewood Curve from Wheeler street to Shorewood Lane; <br /> <br />Wheeler Avenue from Shorewood Lane to Lydia Avenue; <br /> <br />Mildred Drive from County Road D to Brenner Avenue; <br /> <br />Wilder street from W. County Road D to cul-de-sac; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />including all that property on Lydia Avenue from Fairview Avenue to <br />Snelling Frontage Road West by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and <br />to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />described below by bituminous resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />the installation of necessary appurtenances: <br /> <br />Walnut Street from County Road C to Highcrest Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The ten neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are <br />hereby approved for inclusion in the 1989 Pavement Management <br />Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />Johnson, and Rog; and the following voted against the same: None; <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
