The City shall report the names and total compensation of each of <br />its five most highly compensated executives for the City's <br />9 <br />preceding completed fiscal year I if in the City's preceding fiscal <br />ye it rece <br />ar ived'. <br />Executive means officers, manag.ing partners, or any other employees in <br />management positions. <br />b.
