29 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />30 Staff recommends that the Council direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced <br />31 the public nuisance violation at 2751 Galtier Street. <br />32 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />33 Direct Community Development staff to abate the public nuisance violation at 2751 Galtier Street by <br />34 hiring a general contractor to either remove and inflate the tire, or remove and replace the tire. <br />35 The property owner will then be billed for actual and administrative costs.
