EXHIBIT A <br />Page 4 <br />Contractor shall not collect household hazardous waste, explosives or <br />other material requiring special handling. <br />Residents arriving with unacceptable material will be directed by <br />Contractor's staff at the gate to appropHate disposal facilities for <br />these items. <br />0 <br />If unacceptable material makes it past screening at the gate, the <br />unacceptable material shall be segregated from other materials, <br />stored and delivered to an appropriate disposal facility by the <br />Contractor. <br />3.07 Collection Location <br />The Clean Up Day will be held at the Dale Street Soccer Fields <br />parking lot 2555 N. Dale Street in Roseville unless the City of <br />Roseville and Contractor mutually agree on a different sight. <br />Contractor may begi staging collection equipment after 2:00 p.m. <br />Friday afternoon immediately preceding the Clean Up Day. <br />However 1 1 <br />the City will not be liable for any damage that may occur <br />to the equipment left overnight at the site. All collection equipment <br />shall be removed by 5:00 p.m. on the Clean Up Day. <br />3.08.
