ANNUAL REPORTING9 PLANNING & PROMOTIONAL <br />ACTIVITIES <br />4.01. Annual Materials Re orts <br />The Contractor will submit to the City annual reports dealing with <br />the City's Clean Up Day program. At a iminum,, the Contractor <br />shall 'include in each report the following m'forrnation: <br />*The total number of vehicles that delivered material. <br />@The total number of 'items collected under each category of <br />maten* als that are tracked by item such as appliances. <br />oThe total weight of items collected that are tracked by weight <br />such as MSW. <br />Reports for the spring Clean Up Day shall be due by June 30. The <br />Contractor shall include in 'its annual report recommendations for <br />continuous improvement in the City's Clean Up Day program. <br />Copies of annual reports generated by the Contractor shall be <br />included in the response to this RFR <br />The Contractor and the City's representative shall work together in <br />the preparation and distribution of educational gi <br />materials accurate information and program directions. The City will pay for <br />and distribute educational matefials, not including supplemental <br />material di stributed, by the Contractor. <br />The City shall prepare and distribute to residents a list of <br />accepted at the Clean Up Day and the price residents shall pay to the <br />Contractor for material disposal. <br />4.03 Annual Planni"" Meetin <br />The Contractor and the City's representative shall meet at least <br />annually to review operation of the Clean Up Day. <br />
