EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the twenty-second day of August, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog. and the following members were absent: None. After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August 16, 1988, Councilmember Matson then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8355 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-86-22 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The proposed assessments for Improvement No. P-ST-86-22 should be and are hereby amended as follows: Name and Address Description of Propertv Change Made Oriqinal Revised Eleanor E. Gillespie 2800 Lakeview Avenue 02-29-23-31-0046 $5,650.45 $3,784.38 Robert & Marjorie Monson 2774 Lakeview Avenue 02-29-23-31-0047 $4,861.14 $2,881.18 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog. and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
