Regular City Council Meeting Monday, December 12, 2011 Page 28 At the request of Councilmember Pust, City Manager Malinen confirmed that the pro- posed January 23, 2012 action related to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) request by Roseville Properties was related to a Preliminary Plat and Vacation Easement for a corner property as a potential Walmart development. At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Malinen noted the need to incorporate addi- tional items in the City Council's work plan discussion in February or early March, and on January 23, 2012, address those and outstanding City Manager goals. At the request of Councilmember Willmus, City Manager Malinen advised that confirma- tion of a presentation from the Chair of the Civic Engagement Task Force was still pend- ing; and suggested that staff was recommending that their report be vetted through the appropriate advisory commission (Human Rights Commission) prior to presentation to the City Council. 14.
