EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the tenth day of March, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall, and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke. Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION 9390 RESOLUTION PROHmITING PARKING ON ROSELA WN A VENUE, NORTH McCARRONS BOULEVARD AND SOUTH McCARRONS BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Roselawn Avenue and North McCarrons Boulevard from Dale Street to Rice Street (T. H. 49) is a Municipal State Aid Roadway (MSA No. SAP 160-249-01); and WHEREAS, South McCarrons Boulevard fTom Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (T. H. 49) is a Municipal State Aid roadway (MSA No. SAP 160-250-01); and WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds; and WHEREAS, the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Roselawn Avenue fTom Dale Street to McCarrons Boulevard (MSA No. SAP 160-249-01); and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of North McCarrons Boulevard ITom Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (MSA No. SAP 160-249-01) with the exception of the south side of North McCarrons Boulevard fTom 114 meters west of Rice Street to 91 meters east of William Street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides on South McCarrons Boulevard ITom Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (MSA No. SAP 160-250-01) with the exception of the south side of South McCarrons Boulevard fTom Woodruff Avenue to Western Avenue and on the south side of South McCarrons Boulevard fTom 145 meters east of W estern Avenue to 200 meters west of Galtier Avenue;
