<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the City Hall in said city on the 12th day of September, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8360A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING DELLWOOD AVENUE, AS PLATTED WITHIN <br />THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF <br />SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the <br />city of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br />street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF THE EAST 30 FEET ABUTTING LOT 8 BLOCK 4 T.M.CONNOR <br />PLAT EXCEPT THE WEST 8 FEET THEREOF AND ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTH <br />220 FEET OF THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST <br />1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP <br />29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
