EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on the 12th day of September, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Rog. and the following members were absent: None Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8360A A RESOLUTION VACATING DELLWOOD AVENUE, AS PLATTED WITHIN THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the city of Roseville should be vacated, and; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public street over the property described as follows: ALL THAT PART OF THE EAST 30 FEET ABUTTING LOT 8 BLOCK 4 T.M.CONNOR PLAT EXCEPT THE WEST 8 FEET THEREOF AND ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 220 FEET OF THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
