Consequently, in order to provide f or the conveyance to a third party, the following steps must be followed: The property must be reconveyed to the State of Minnesota, Department of Revenue Form 975, copies of which are enciosed, should be used. 2a Once the State has the property conveyed back to it, the State will refer the deed to the Ramsey County Land Commissioner. That process should take f rom three weeks to a month and a half 0 I The City Council should then pass a resolution waiving any right to acquire the property f rom the Land Commissioner and allowing it to be sold to a third party. That resolution should read: "Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby waives its right to acquire the property described below and consents to it being conveyed to third party by the State."
