EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of September, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Rog, and the following were absent: Johnson. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8366 CITY MANAGER RELIEVED OF DUTIES BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that James Andre be relieved of the duties of City Manager effective at the close of the business day of September 26, 1988. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that Steve North be designated as Acting city Manager pending any hearing requested by James Andre, and that the new Acting Manager's compensation be determined. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a special Council meeting will be held on the ____ day of , 1988, at 4:30 p.m. (C.S.T.) at the city Hall to consider final determination of all claims of James Andre for compensation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Steve North, the Acting city Manager, shall announce and publish in the customary manner, that the City of Roseville will receive applications for the position of City Manager. The motion for the adoption of the seconded by Member Rog, and upon a following voted in favor thereof: following voted against the same: foregoing resolution was duly vote being taken thereon, the Kehr, Matson, and Rog, and the Cushman. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
