<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 26th day of September, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8366 <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER RELIEVED OF DUTIES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />James Andre be relieved of the duties of City Manager effective at the <br />close of the business day of September 26, 1988. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />that Steve North be designated as Acting city Manager pending any <br />hearing requested by James Andre, and that the new Acting Manager's <br />compensation be determined. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a special Council meeting will be held on <br />the ____ day of , 1988, at 4:30 p.m. (C.S.T.) at the city <br />Hall to consider final determination of all claims of James Andre for <br />compensation. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Steve North, the Acting city Manager, <br />shall announce and publish in the customary manner, that the City of <br />Roseville will receive applications for the position of City Manager. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the <br />seconded by Member Rog, and upon a <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />following voted against the same: <br /> <br />foregoing resolution was duly <br />vote being taken thereon, the <br />Kehr, Matson, and Rog, and the <br />Cushman. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
