<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 10th day of October, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8368 <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 64296 <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into <br />an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transporta- <br />tion, for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />For the construction, revision, maintenance, operation, <br />and removal of emergency vehicle pre-emption at the <br />existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 51 <br />(Snelling Avenue) at Lydia Avenue in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement <br />No. 64296 Supplemental Agreement NO.1, a copy of which <br />was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and here- <br />by are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for <br />and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained <br />therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
