EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of October, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8368 TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 64296 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transporta- tion, for the following purposes, to wit: For the construction, revision, maintenance, operation, and removal of emergency vehicle pre-emption at the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) at Lydia Avenue in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 64296 Supplemental Agreement NO.1, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and here- by are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
