Upon removal of the EVP System <br /> <br />pursuant to this Paragraph, the field wiring, <br /> <br />cabinet wiring and other components shall <br /> <br />bec erne the prope rty of the Sta te. All <br /> <br />infrared detector heads and indicator lamps <br /> <br />mounted external to the traffic signal <br /> <br />cabinet will be returned to the City. The <br /> <br />detector receivers and any other assemblies <br /> <br />located in the traffic control signal <br /> <br />cabinet, which if removed will not affect the <br /> <br />traffic control signal operation, will be <br /> <br />returned to the City. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />All timing of said EVP System shall be <br /> <br />determined by the State through its <br /> <br />CaTImissioner of Transportation. <br /> <br />6. Upon proper execution by the City and the State, <br /> <br />the EVP System for the existing traffic control signal on Trunk <br /> <br />Highway No. 5l (Snelling Avenue) at Lydia Avenue shall became a <br /> <br />part of Signal Maintenance Agreement No.1789-R between the City <br /> <br />and the State covering operation, revision, maintenance and <br /> <br />removal of EVP Systems by State forces at the cost and expense of <br /> <br />the City. <br /> <br />7. Except as provided for herein, all terms and <br /> <br />conditions contained in said Agreement No. 64296 shall remain in <br />. <br /> <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />S.A. #1 to <br />64296 <br /> <br />~ <br />
