EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the tenth day of October, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Member Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8370 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8250 REGARDING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON THE WEST SIDE OF ALBERT STREET WHEREAS, Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue is a Roseville municipal street; and WHEREAS, such roadway was constructed to a 29 foot width design, and by city policy the prohibition of parking on one side was required; and WHEREAS, city standards now suggest that parking may be allowed on both sides of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue, since the street is one block in length and is less than 800 feet, has an average daily traffic of less than 200 and has adequate off-street parking; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 8250 imposing parking restrictions on the west side of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue is hereby rescinded and parking will be allowed on both sides of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CouncilmemberJohnson ~nd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, . and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
