<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the tenth day of October, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8370 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8250 REGARDING PARKING <br />RESTRICTIONS ON THE WEST SIDE OF ALBERT STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue is a <br />Roseville municipal street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadway was constructed to a 29 foot width design, and by <br />city policy the prohibition of parking on one side was required; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city standards now suggest that parking may be allowed on both <br />sides of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue, since the <br />street is one block in length and is less than 800 feet, has an average <br />daily traffic of less than 200 and has adequate off-street parking; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 8250 imposing parking <br />restrictions on the west side of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to <br />Sextant Avenue is hereby rescinded and parking will be allowed on both <br />sides of Albert Street from Brooks Avenue to Sextant Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by CouncilmemberJohnson ~nd upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog, . <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
