<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the tenth day of October, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8371 <br /> <br />PRIORITIZING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR RAMSEY COUNTY <br />FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County annually prepares a Capital Improvement Program <br />for roadway and bridges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the county is in the process of preparing its Capital <br />Improvement Program for 1989 through 1993 and is soliciting input from <br />muncipalities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has asked the City of Roseville to prioritize <br />roadway improvements for inclusion in the Capital Improvement Program; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville wishes to prioritize Ramsey County <br />roadway improvements within the city; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Roseville hereby requests <br />that Ramsey County includes the following roadway reconstruction projects <br />in the five-year Capital Improvement Program for roadways and bridges <br />prioritized as follows with No. 1 being the highest priority: <br /> <br />RANK <br /> <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br /> <br />STREET <br /> <br />FROM -- TO <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue <br />Hamline Avenue <br />Dale Street <br />Hamline Avenue <br />County Road B <br />Hamline Avenue <br />County Road B <br />County Road D <br />Roselawn Avenue <br />McCarrons Blvd. S <br />McCarrons Blvd. N <br /> <br />Roselawn Avenue to I-35W <br />Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B <br />County Road B to County Road B-2 <br />County Road B-2 to County Road C-2 <br />Dale Street to Rice Street <br />County Road C-2 to Snelling Avenue <br />T.H. 280 to Cleveland Avenue <br />I-35W to Cleveland Avenue <br />Dale Street to McCarrons Blvd. <br />Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street <br />Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street <br />
