EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of October, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: and Rog, JOhnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, And the following were absent: None. CouncilpersonMatsonintroduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8375 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS NO. M-P-B9-07 AND NO. M-P-89-0B WHEREAS, it is proposed to install traffic signals at the intersections of Larpenteur Avenue and Fernwood Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue and Dunlap Street; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to reconstruct Fernwood Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to Roselawn Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Rog, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: Cushman. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
