<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of October, 1988, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Matson introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8376 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-89-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of <br />Roseville on Rose Place west of Lexington Avenue approximately 450 feet <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />storm drainage, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br />October 24, 1988, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statues, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Rog and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Cushman. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
