EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on the fourteenth day of November, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Rog Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman and the following were absent: None. and Councilmembers Councilmember Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTIONS NO. 8379 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR FOUR-WHEEL TRACTOR WITH SIDEWALK SNOW BLOWER Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the four-wheel tractor with sidewalk snow blower according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on November 3, 1988, at 11:30 a.m. o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER AMOUNT McQueen Equipment Boyum Equipment $43,637 $50,374 WHEREAS, it appears that McQueen Equipment of st. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest bidder; and WHEREAS, the bid of McQueen does not meet the requirements of the specification; and WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Boyum Equipment is the lowest responsible bid meeting the requirements of the specifications; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a cotract with Boyum Equipment for $50,374 in the name of the City of Roseville for the purchase of one tractor with snow blower equipment according to specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.
