<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the fourteenth day of November, 1988, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman <br />and Rog. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilperson Cushman <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8381 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-89-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />at the end of Fernwood Court by the installation of an ornamental street <br />light and to assess the benefited property for a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by CouncilpersonJohnson and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Kehr <br />Cushman and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
