<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of November, 1988, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, <br />Cushman, and Rog. <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Counci1person Kehr <br />resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8384 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-89-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, water pressure deficiencies exist in the Lovell/Western area; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, public concern has been expressed in conjunction with the <br />proposed development of the Concordia Academy site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the council has determined the necessity to address the water <br />system at this time; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville contract <br />with Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. to prepare a feasibility report <br />that investigates potential solutions with associated estimated costs <br />to the water pressure deficiencies in the Lovell/Western area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by CouncilpersonCushmanand upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman <br />and Rog. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
