EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 12, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Rog Cushman, Matson and Kehr. and Councilmembers and the following were absent: Johnson. Also present were Ron Moorse, Administrative Assistant to Acting City Manager; steve Gatlin, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, Converse and Jensen, city Attorney; Edward Burrell, Finance Director; and Craig Waldron, Community Development Director. Councilmember Kehr its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 8386 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-89-10 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-89-10 consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer services, water services bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Rose Place from Lexington Avenue to 450 feet west as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $95,980.52, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The city Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
