EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota duly held on the 12st day of December, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8387 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1988 BUDGET FOR WAGE AND SALARIES, UNAN- TICIPATED EXPENSES, AND UNANTICIPATED REVENUES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The 1988 budget be amended as set out below: Amendment 1 Wage, Salary, Fringe Transfers From Contingent to From Contingent to General Fund Recreation $191,453 33,529 Amendment 2 Contingency Account--Miscellaneous Charges and Revenues Miscellaneous Charges and Revenues Contingency Account increased increased $41,000 $41,000 Amendment 3 To Transfer from Contingent for Unbudgeted Items as Itemized below: Legal Professional services due to rezoning $ 9,000 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
